Hydrolysed marine collagen peptides from New Zealand cold-water fisheries. Marine collagen and elastin peptides in the ratio found naturally in human skin. With vitamin C to support the body's own collagen production. Water-soluble powder with a light vanilla flavour. One teaspoon (5g) in liquid, smoothie or yoghurt, once or twice daily. 140g.
